Namji's in school for two weeks now and so far he haven't miss one day. Three cheers for Namji. Hip , hip, hooray! Hip hip hooray! Hip Hip hooray. And what makes school even more exciting and fun, as Namji put it, was the chocolates his music teacher, Ms Chin's giving him every Friday. But for me aside from that kindness and fun, I'm more excited for the upcoming school concert. Have already mentioned it before here in my blog but now a few details will be mentioned again and of course, a few pictures will be posted along side this post. He will be wearing a white puffed sleeve polo and a purple bell-bottom pants with a black ribbon showing the 70's era. Namji's really cute and I'm so proud of him. He's very excited for the coming dance on the stage. He even said that the costumes finished and ready for him to wear. Even when Ms. Selin, his Crab class adviser, put lipstick on him, he didn't complain by telling that "lipstick's only for girls." Namji is like a cassanova who's out there to make girls fall in love with him. LMAO!

Namji's First Memo
I was a little early for 2 days now as I try to be in school before my son, Namji's, class were over. I promised him that. I'm a little anxious to see him. Been missing him every morning. Can't wait to see him ASAP. Yesterday, when his Ninang and I pick him up from school, the minute he get inside the car, he showed us his dance move. And even said a few lines from the song they'll be dancing. I tried so hard to think about which song it was. I had a hunch that it was "LET'S TWIST AGAIN". His Ninang, Mareng Anna and I had a laugh. He's really liking it at school.
Now, on my second day of being so early, I saw my son together with the whole CRAB Class dancing. They're practicing so well and so hard for the upcoming production in September. This concert makes me even more excited. Got a lot of questions in my mind, what if he throws a tantrum, what if he gets shy on the performance day itself and a whole lot more BLAH, BLAH, BLAHs. But seeing him, dancing with his friends, following their teacher's instructions on what's the next step would be .. everything changed. I'm so relieved. He's really enjoying it. When the class is over, Namji get inside the car and hand me his very first school memo. He seems to be so excited and getting the hang of it. Of being a school boy having the responsibilities of handing out school memos to their parents. :)
I am so proud of him. We intend for Namji to stay in kinderland until he finishes Kindergarten 2. Right now, he's still in Nursery and he's loving it.

Namji Is 4
Today is my son Namji's 4th birthday. He was jumping with joy as we suprised him with a birthday cake that my husband bought from Secret Recipe. He was singing a happy birthday song to himself, along with us.
Earlier today, he wanted us to go to Giant Superstore so that we could buy him his 4th birthday present. We really wanted him to have the Transformers Optimus Prime but every time we're so close in buying it, he wanted to have something else. His first present was the motor boat, then came the lego puzzle which was givent to him last year that I've set aside for a while because the lego pieces is too small. I'm worried that he might swallowed it. Then the 3rd one was a battery operated helicopter. We bought it in Tesco Pasir Putih. Again, Prime was so close by but he didn't really like it.
So for his birthday, he wished to have a wonderful toy as his present. My husband said that his wish is granted..Santa Claus is coming. My son told us, but it's not Christmas and it's not snowing. Well he had a point there and it's a big one. LOL! But the suprise for the birthday boy must go on. My daughter came along with a paper bag and gave it to his brother. Namji was very excited. He tore the paper bag and was very happy to see Optimus and Ratchet. He got two transformers and he said it's the right size for him. He could bring them anywhere if it's ok with mommy and daddy.
My daughter made a huge poster. It's a collage of poster paper, birthday wrappers, paper cups (that I insisted her not to use) and she wrote "Happy Birthday Namji". My son knew it was for him for his name was there. He prefers Namji than his full name which we realized is very very long for him.
I'm so thankful for another year that the LORD has given my son. Another blessed and wonderful year for him to grow, for him to learn, for us to share with him each wonderful days. I thank God for giving us two wonderful kids Nadine and Namji.
Happy birthday Namji. We love you so much.

ANSWERS By Oana Nadine
I've published Nadine's, my daughter, poem already here and some on this blog but I've decided it would be better if I just compile everything here. A whole lot easier for me to update. No need for me to go through my subscription sheets containing all the login credentials on all the sites I've subscribed or joined to.
Now without further ado, here's Nadine's 7th poem. First one, is Somethings on the Radio, followed by best friends you can read here, then the three poems I published in this site. My unforgettable one is Oh How Much We Love Our Mom about a month ago and these is

Sometimes I think you're right
But I don't wanna stay
Sometimes you make me feel
That I have to run away
So give me a reason why
'Cause I just want to fly
I made my own chapter
There are reasons but no answers
So now you're into me
But you don't know how I feel
I try to hang with you
But I don't feel so real
So give me a reasony why
I can't touch the sky
Sometimes there you are
But just don't wanna say it
You jump right off
You get lost with your spirit
So give me a reason why
I just want you to fly
I just can't get the role
I made my own chapter
There are reasons but there are no ANSWERS..

Yohan's Baptismal Souvenir
With a few chit chats and story telling about our love lives, how we've met our better half and ended up getting married, from the controversial SEX Scandals (yes, that's what our kababayan's back home talked about for almost two weeks now), down to the tuition fee increase of International School, having slow roasted BBQ chicken for our lunch and the much anticipated refrigerated Oreo cake over a cup of Green Tea (my favorite), we we're able to finish Yohan's Baptismal Souvenir or give-aways. It wasn't very hard to do. With our teamwork and several of the thing I've mentioned above, we we're able to make 40 pieces of colorful towel lollipop give-aways.
The concept was taken from one of the displays in Jusco. It was found by one of Baby Yohan's Godmother, Ate Weng, our good friend, during our Mommy's day out about two weeks ago. It was very nice, unique. While Ate Weng's showing it to us, me, M Amor and M Mela, whilst brainstorming I decided to take photos of it for future reference. And after a few more minutes, we accidentally run into the Towels on display as well, which is closed to the striped towel being sold. So we urge M Mela to buy it asap before the towels ran out.
Few more days, after completing all the materials needed, we are all set making the Towel lollipops at the Alviar's residence. All the lollipops made look so good and yummy. In fact when I gave one to my inaanak Keisha, she started nibbling it just like a lollipop. We all had a laugh and Keisha laughed too. Every one of enjoyed making the towels. Can't seem to get enough of them. We can't even decided which
color to choose from. But I already told M Mela to reserve me the purple or yellow towel. My daughter Nadine who likes Pink, and Ate Nona, who likes Yellow even helped as well. We we're able to finish it earlier than expected. :) Thank you Lord!
I'm sure everyone will love them. In fact I was thinking of putting it on our TV stand for display. I've got my souvenir collections, each one coming from my inaanak's/bebelabs here in Malaysia.
This coming Saturday's party is going to be so much fun. I'm so happy that we've finally finished the souvenirs. I'm going to make the guest book this week so that everyone can leave a message for Yohan on his baptism. :)

Yohan's Invitation Prints Are Out
I'm so happy with the fruit of my work. Finally, my new grandson Yohan's baptismal invitation are already printed. It took me awhile to finish
printing them. My printer's USB cable is not working properly. Though I'm having this dilemma still the invitation prints are out.
For four times the printing stop at the middle of the process leaving me with no choice but to cancel the process. Get the printed invitations and see if at least there's two of copies printed. But sad to say there's none so I'm back to printing the invites again from the start. But after a moment all is well that ends well. The 36 pcs of invitations were ready for cutting then later on put inside an envelope for my kumareng Mela to distribute. :) I'm not going to say anything more about the invitations but I'm really happy that it's now ready, just in time for Yohan's baptism this coming Saturday.

Addicted To Ranch Rush
It's a little different with Dinner Dash but then again you always have to rush in order to score high and proceed to the next level. I came into Ranch Rush game accidentally, in one of the ads that you can found at the side bar of your Yahoo mail. I tried the one hour trial/demo and even my son tried it too and the next thing we knew, we're already at level 4 when the one hour trial period expire. It's now suggesting that we buy the product for one month unlimited use. I have to wait for my husband for I really don't know if he's going to agree with it. $9.95 for one game for 12 months. Any game that you like from Yahoo Games. For now, I couldn't wait for the next level and finish the game. I already finished Dinner Dash and I really enjoyed playing it. Yeah, at my age I still play games. My 2 kids loves to watch me play. They like how fast I played Dinner Dash and now with the new game I'm sure they can't wait to try it out too.
A few more minutes, I decided to call my husband and asked him if we could purchase the game. Somehow I even used my son Namji as an excuse just so I could persuade him. Nevertheless he agreed. I'm sure he would love to watch us play the game again just like last time with Dinner Dash. When I'm almost finished with the last level. It was like the MOMENT OF TRUTH.
After lunch, I decided to purchase it over the internet and VOILA .. Next thing I know, my son can't get over with. I couldn't even play LOL! But that's fine with me. I can send them to bed early tonight so I can have all the time in the world to play.
Namji's trying his best to understand the game but since he's just 4 (by June) he's quite satisfied with the way he clicks the mouse one at a time. I guess the sound of the game makes him even more exciting LOL!
In a little while, my daughter came home from school and now she's hooked with it too. Today is an exemption. We normally asked her to play or use my laptop on weekends only but since the game's new, seeing the excitement on her face .. I decided to let her try. And to make the story short it was already dinner time when she decided to call it a day.
When my turn comes, woott, it's almost 2AM when I decided to stop. And I was already at Level 5. Three more to go and this game is going to be history .. Yabang!
I took a snap shot of my farm as my souvenir. The game is easy however the process of making cheese, my milking the cow but first you have to feed two crates of clover is longer than I thought. Even making wool from cutting the sheeps fur but of course you have to feed it again with two crates of wheat is even longer .. that gives me only a matter of nano-seconds to think of what to do next.

For me the worst part is getting stung a bee when you tried to take out the honey and some farm customers will ask you to produce 9 honeys (depending on the level you're in) and it took the bees a while to make honey. The secret is you have to buy at least four hives each amounting to $2000. I guess that's the trade secret of the game, in order to progress and complete the level make sure you have a lot of money earned so you can buy extra equipment, animals or crops for better production. See how addicted I am to Ranch Rush. I intend to complete the whole game within a week. :)
